About the event

A  collaboration between with the SHANGRI-LA legends at LOST HORIZON and  PUNK DIVA PROMO, this event is inspired by all things rock’n’roll,  vintage Americana, and it’s many kooky incarnations and perverted  permutations!!

So  get your glad-rags on, dust off yer dancing shoes, and bring your beau  or belle along to shake out the winter blues and show a little lurve at  the Valentine’s Hop!

What to expect:

Kicking  things off at 2pm with an alternative maker’s market and record fair,  we will be serving light snacks and drinks at the bar all day, while or  DJs spin some classic tunes.

Hosted  by the inimitable REVEREND SCHNIDER (of the famous festival TRAVELLING  CHURCH) will be marrying the betrothed and joining unwitting couples in  Unholy Matrimony using his ‘Holy Roller’ tombola - The Lord doth indeed  move in mysterious ways!

Some of the Southwest’s finest rock’n’roll, rockabilly, psychobilly, surf, and garage inspired bands:

THE KINGS OF OUTER SPACE (Cosmic Psychobilly) THE SINICTONES (Psycho Surf Noir) GASOLINE BANDITS (Rockabilly) RADIO NASTIES (Garage Rock)

…and DJ sets from:

PSYCHO BILLY (Radio 4A Brighton) PASTOR DISASTER CHICKS WITH DECKS

If music be the food of love - PLAY ON!!

All to a backdrop of sexy sets, low-down lover’s lighting, and reels of vintage projections as a  feast for your eyeballs!

Dress code:

50s vintage, psychobilly, greaser, hillbilly, Americana… have fun with it! Prizes for the best dressed singles and couples
